A heads-up before meetings using calendar and recent mail.

Meeting Prep looks about 30 minutes ahead on your calendar. For each upcoming meeting it pulls attendee names and recent mail, then emails a short prep note from Chip.
A forced run looks 24 hours ahead so later meetings are not skipped.
SMS is parked until Twilio is turned on. Email is the live path.
